These are typical needs from our current one to one coaching clients.
Methodology:
We always coach from an individual’s strengths and use this as a foundation for growth and behavioural change. Often our clients are working from feedback they have received. As behavioural coaches and communication experts, we can very quickly diagnose areas of strength and areas for development, helping to clarify feedback, grow skills and raise performance.
Our focus is on people's behaviours, we coach people to understand the impact they are having on others and in given situations. We focus on their intention and the desired impact they want to make at any given moment. We then coach them through objective feelings and behavioural feedback on how they are coming across; the impact of their verbal and non-verbal behaviours and what to do differently.
We use practical exercises and techniques to enable clients to demonstrate the most appropriate behaviours to achieve their business outcomes. The work we do with our clients is active and practical and enables the changes they are looking for.
Outcome:
Through one to one coaching, our clients build confidence and capability, session by session. They take away new tools and behaviours from each session to try in the workplace. This promotes constant growth, raising the bar on their day to day performance and achieving the business outcomes they want.
