- Minimising waste and energy consumption by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible
- Actively promoting recycling both internally and amongst our customers and suppliers
- Using phone or video conferencing when practicable and in line with clients’ wishes
- Using an accredited programme to offset any greenhouse gases generated by our activities

- Ensuring that all employees understand and adhere to our health and safety policies
- Providing training and mentoring opportunities for all our employees and associates so that they will be able to develop their full potential

- Sourcing of refreshments for meetings, training and events wherever possible from local suppliers in order to reduce food miles
- Aiming to hire locally wherever practicable
