Bill Cashmore - Director
Bill graduated from Cambridge University with an MA in English in 1984 and then worked as a script-writer, actor and director until forming Actors in Industry in 1992. Bill has worked with CEOs and Board Members, Senior Partners and Directors across a diverse range of industries and professions. He has built a strong personal reputation as a coach, facilitator and trainer ranging from large conferences to one-to-one development work. He has a graduate certificate in Applied Psychology and is also a published playwright and a freelance journalist for the Sunday Telegraph and The Spectator.

Carry Clubb - Director
Carry set up Actors in Industry with Bill Cashmore in 1992 translating the skills of acting and directing into the business world. Since then she has defined the concept of ‘What is personal impact’ and has developed a practical methodology to enable individuals to maximise their potential. She has coached and trained a wide variety of programmes to very senior levels in many sectors including the professional services, property services, legal, banking, financial services, risk management, engineering and utilities. Qualifications - BA First Class Honours, Guildhall Licentiate Diploma for Voice and Speech, MBTI.

Lorraine Brunning - Director
Lorraine has been a behavioural coach in Communication Skills for the last 13 years. Her experience has ranged from the design and delivery of courses through to writing and directing for corporate DVDs and conferences. This work has taken her all around the globe where she has worked closely with a number of Leadership Teams across a wide range of industry sectors. Her main specialism is around the use of the voice to influence more effectively, present with power and gain authority and leadership.

Roger Ayres - Director
After graduating in 1990, Roger worked as an actor and director for 8 years, before devoting all of his time to Actors in Industry. One of his key strengths is his ability to fuse commerciality with behavioural insight so that clients reap the benefits of measurable change within their organisation. He looks after many of Actors in Industry’s key clients – designing, developing and delivering training initiatives. This includes everything from one-to-one coaching to large scale training and conference events.
He sums up his approach, "Creating the right environment is crucial. My belief is that there has to be a blend of creative tension, expertise, business understanding and enjoyment for training and learning to be successful."
