We design bespoke workshops and programmes for our clients. Workshops are practical and participants learn by doing and receiving objective, balanced feedback and coaching. We use a mix of models and frameworks as a foundation to the learning. Our workshops build confidence and raise performance level. We are also able to link our courses to the most common psychometric tests.

Myers Brigg Type Indicator - MBTI

This is the most widely used psychometric test in the world and as such is used regularly for development of both individuals and teams.

Actors in Industry has developed a very practical application to MBTI which enables the preferences to come to life and really help people to understand the different dichotomies in order to achieve better communications with other.

We actively encourage our clients to do, to practise, to experiment with behaviours. Our deep understanding of Models, Frameworks and Profiling Tools allows us to use these as a springboard for moving people out of their ‘comfort zone’ in order to make choices about how they come across. Our expertise in giving feedback means our clients are given consistent, specific, supportive and robust feedback.
