Coaching is a vital part of our overall offering. Many of our clients, particularly in senior positions, like to work with us on a one-to-one coaching basis.
Our coaches are both sensitive and challenging and look to develop a coaching relationship which helps individuals to be the best that they possibly can be.

We offer a number of ways of supporting our clients in this space
To compliment our classroom based training we can provide access to digital pre-work. For example, slide decks with narration or short instructional videos to help participants prepare for the workshop.
2 Post Course
To build and embed learning we offer bite size ‘nudges’ which are sent electronically after a workshop. For example at weekly intervals we can send 3-7 short videos (30-60 seconds) to remind participants of key learning points plus exercises/tasks to help them translate theory into real life practice.
3 Virtual Courses
With more companies working across geographies and becoming more aware of their carbon footprint we can offer to run any of our suite of workshops virtually as technology gives us the opportunity to interact and work with participants intimately and productively.
4 Virtual Coaching
We offer 1:1 Behavioural Coaching online. These sessions allow individuals wherever they are in the world and at a time to suit to have access to our experienced coaches
